LuxeVault HQ is a private family management app. One space holds your family calendar, bills and budget, school paperwork, meals, chores and important documents — and an AI assistant does the sorting, so parents carry less in their heads.

Every family starts with a 14-day free trial. The founding membership is $9.99 a month for the first 100 families and stays locked at that rate for as long as you remain a member; families joining after that pay $24.99 a month. One membership covers everyone in the household.

Yes. Each family's data is walled off from every other family at the database level, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold or used to train AI models. The Trust Center explains how, in plain language.

Yes. Children get an age-appropriate version of the app — their day, chores, homework and goals — with no access to money, bank connections or documents. Younger children can join with a family code, so no email address is needed.

Optionally. Bank connections run through Plaid, the same service major banking apps use. LuxeVault never sees or stores your banking login, and the whole app works without connecting a bank at all.

Each family gets a private forwarding address. Forward a school notice, invoice or invitation and LuxeVault reads it — adding events to the calendar, fees to bills, and to-dos to your list. When an email genuinely needs an answer, it offers a written reply for you to approve. It never sends anything on its own.

Yes. LuxeVault HQ runs in any browser and as an app on iPhone and iPad. Memberships are managed on the website; the app is where your family lives day to day.
