Built by a parent who was tired of remembering everything

LuxeVault HQ started as one household's answer to a real problem: the school email, the bill, the permission slip and the dentist appointment all arrive in different places, and one person ends up holding all of it.

The idea

Most family apps give you somewhere to type things. That helps only if you have the time and the memory to type them — which is the thing you were short of in the first place.

LuxeVault HQ works the other way round. Forward the email, photograph the bill, or say the thing out loud. The app decides what it is, where it goes and who needs to know. The family doesn't learn the app; the app learns the family.

Who makes it

LuxeVault HQ is a product of Magnolia Grace & Co, LLC, independently owned and built. It is not funded by advertising and does not sell customer data, which means the only thing it has to be good at is being worth the membership.

The person behind it

I’m Ashley Smith Lucas. I started my nursing career in cardiology and eventually found my way into value-based care. The work taught me to look ahead, connect the dots, and notice the small things before they become big things. At home, I was missing plenty of them.

For a long time I was a single mom working full time. Then I remarried a man I absolutely adore, and our family became five — and with that came a whole new level of logistics, and my husband asking, more than once, where the money was going.

I’m horrible about keeping up with paper. I needed something that would keep up with me, not the other way around. I tried countless apps and notebooks, and every one had the same problem: it needed me to keep up with it. The AI part was what was missing. So I built LuxeVault in my spare time, here in Aiken, South Carolina, where I have lived since I was four.

If you are the one holding all of it — you are not alone. None of us really have it figured out. Some of us are just better at masking it.

What we won't do

We don't sell your family's information, use it to train AI models, or show you advertising. Children's accounts never expose household finances. The Trust Center sets out exactly how the data is held, and it is written to be checked rather than admired.
